Go to http://www.google.com/reader, enter your login id and password, go to Settings, click any drop down menu icon that can be seen on the right hand side under the “Settings > Subscriptions” tab. Scroll down the drop down list and you’ll see an option to “Create a new folder“.That’s it. It can be useful to customize different type of RSS feeds in your Google Reader account.
Enjoy..

Google Reader Redesigned
Google has redesigned Google Reader, the RSS feed reader service from the big G. Now Google Reader is more powerful, easier to use and with some new cool features. I love the RSS Bundle feature. New Service by Google - Google Code Search
I’m just worried about companies like Microsoft and others.
But I’m so happy to know that my most favorite company, my inspiration, Google has launched its new service, Google Code Search. You can visit Google Code Search (still the Google Lab boy) visiting this link: http://www.google.com/codesearch
Isn’t it a great news for programmers?
